A cross-platform, mixed-input game where a VR and PC player must work together to solve a range of puzzles
William was the project manager, lead designer, programmer, lead user researcher, and lead data analyst of VR Two-gether.
Co-designed with fellow students Kalpan Agrawal, Rana Jahani, and Viraj Shirodkar, this game and research paper was made as a capstone to finish Northeastern University's Game Science and Design master's program. The cooperative challenges in the game are based on design patterns for cooperative play derived from analyzing successful cooperative games. We are investigating cooperation between the different inputs and measuring which mechanics are the most efficient and entertaining.
In December 2022, this was chosen at the Northeastern Game Science and Design's Mini-Conference as a featured project to be shown to potential future students.
